Advertisment of competition For designing

a new building to People’s Assembly in Syria

   Speaker of People's Assembly announces about an architestural competion for selecting the best preliminary design to the new building of People’s Assembly in Syrian Arab Republic .It is a competition  of one phase and open to all Syrian Arab and foreign architects worked in the work of architecture  for (10) years at least

1-Applications of participation are to be submitted on Sunday 4/2/2007 to /12/ O`clock of Thursday 1/3/2007

2-Application participation should include the following:

  -Name of architect, nationality, address, telephon number, fax number, and e-mail.

  -Official document demonstrates his practice to the work of architecture no less than (10) years.

  -Certified cheque or bank transfer with amount of /10000/ SP  to the order of People`s Assembly for participants residing in Syria , and certified cheque with amount /150/EU for participants residing abroad Syria .  These amounts are considered as price fees of participation file in the competition. The participation file can be delivered by hand to participants, or sent to his address by express registered mail.

3- Applications of participation and its attachements are written in Arabic language or English language, and presented in presence to"the office of Secratary General Assistant of People’s Assembly", or sent to it by express registered mail to the following address:

4-Participants are informed of accepting their application of participation during (10) days after finishing the period of presenting applications.

5-Inquiries are presented till / 12 / O`clock of Thuresday 29/3/2007 .

6- Answers are sent before 19/4/2007 .

7- Projects must be given to the office of "Secretary General Assistant" before /12 / O`clock of Thuresday 26/7/2007 , and any  projects coming after the mentioned date are neglected .

8- Final results will be announced before 26/8/2007 .

9-The number of prises and their amounts are determined in the book of conditions.
